If you're unable to find the specific parts you're looking for, please send your requirements along with the VIN/Chassis number to our team. We'll provide you with a custom quotation tailored to your needs.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Yes, orders above 100 AED qualify for free delivery. It's our way of ensuring a cost-effective and convenient shopping experience for our customers.

Can I track my order after it's been placed?

Yes, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Do you exclusively sell parts for German and American cars?

No, we cater to a wide range of car models beyond German and American brands. Feel free to send us your inquiry, and with our extensive supplier network, we can source parts for almost any car model at competitive prices.

Are the parts on your website genuine or aftermarket?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Easy monthly payment options like TABBY / TAMARA, major credit cards, online payment gateways, Cash on delivery and other secure options. Our checkout process is designed to be convenient and secure for our customers.

Can I return a product if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Yes, we have a hassle-free return policy. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within a specified period. Check our Returns and Exchanges policy or contact our support team for assistance.

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear your goods have not been received in the condition you would expect. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods please contact us and make us aware. All of our goods are checked and wrapped carefully before they are sent out, however we know accidents do happen and it’s possible something could happen during transit. We may ask you to take photographs, so the best thing to do would be to email us with these and details of your order, including the order number. Once you have sent this across, you are welcome to phone us and we can arrange collecting the item and sending you a replacement as quick as possible.

There is an item missing from my order.

If you are missing an item that you were expecting to come with the rest of your order, you’re more than welcome to call us and we can investigate this for you. It may be a case that the items were sent individually, however we will look into this straight away and advise you. If an item is missing, it’s also possible it could be out of stock. In this instance, we would have tried to contact you to make you aware. You could also check your emails incase you missed our call and we have emailed you to inform you. We will aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

My order hasn‘t arrived, please help?

Please check your order confirmation to ensure you are expecting the item before contacting us. It’s alway worth remembering, that if you placed the order past 3pm it will take an extra working day. Please also ensure you keep your phone handy as it’s possible a courier may be in touch to ask for more detailed directions. You’re more than welcome to call us and we can investigate if there is a reason for the delay.

Brought an air filter for my Jeep, How often should I be swapping it out?

For optimal performance, Jeep recommends replacing the air filter every 15,000 to 30,000 miles. Please refer to your vehicle's manual for precise intervals.

I recently purchased brake pads for my Porsche from www.partsonclick.ae, and they're making noise. Should I be concerned?
